Contest: Homepage Screenshots!

The Second Dreaming: Part 1 has arrived! With so many new ways to express creativity, we’re turning to YOU, the community, to help showcase what Furcadia has to offer in the Screenshot section of the front page of Furcadia.com!

We’re looking for Screenshots that illustrate new features and artwork. The winning entries will be prominently displayed on Furcadia’s front page as examples of what is possible with a little imagination. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure for your Dream, Group, or Guild!

Just updated your old Dream to have 32-bit patches? Found a favorite Main Map spot with new Lighting? Made use of Layering to fix that pesky couch that always ate your tail? Show us what you got!

How to Enter

Take a screenshot showcasing an example of one or more of the various new features, such as Lighting and Ambience, Transparency, Layering, 32bit Objects, etc.
Submit the entire Furcadia screen including the text box, tabs, and frame.
Make sure the screenshot is taken at normal size, not stretched or doubled.
Save your screenshot as a .gif for animations, or .png for still frames.
You may not submit screenshots of creations that are not your own (aside from Main Maps, default objects or patches you have permission to use).
Bonus points for groups of players, animated shots, and action shots!
Screenshots must adhere to Furcadia’s T+ standard. They can be from adult Dreams as long as the content shown is in Standard.
Be creative in your staging -- this includes the text in the screenshot!
Only ONE entry permitted per person; choose wisely!

You don't have to create something new in order to enter. Screenshots of Main Maps or personal Dreams are all welcome!

Upon submission, you grant Dragon’s Eye Productions (DEP) permission to post your work and share it with the community as outlined in the TOS. DEP may post, edit, and distribute creative contributions made through contests freely to players and for promotion of Furcadia.
The contests will be prejudged before posting, and only winning entries selected for the front page are eligible for prizes.
Any entries not meeting the requirements will be disqualified and none are guaranteed a prize.
