In game help from Volunteers
Beekin Volunteer Program
The Beekin Volunteer Program consists of community members that help other players. The details of each Beekin group are outlined on the respective pages. Here, we just want to go over the different ways to get assistance directly in Furcadia.
Help Channel
The Help Channel is often the first line of contact. If you have a general question about Furcadia, or need help with something and don't know who to ask, the Help Channel is the ideal place. To contact a Beekin Helper, simply type "help", without the quotation marks, followed by your question or concern. Someone will contact you as soon as they are available.
Help Center
If you'd rather talk to someone in pixel-person, visiting the Help Center in Naia Green can be a great idea. Just press the "N" button in the "B" tab, and you'll arrive right outside the Help Center. Note that the Help Center is not always "staffed". If there is no one present, please use the Help Channel instead.
Welcome Tours
Welcomers greet new and returning players, and are happy to give you a personalized tour. If you'd like to take advantage of this offer, you can see if a Welcomer is available. To do this, type: "help I would like a Welcomer" (without the quotation marks) in the Furcadia window, and someone should shortly get in touch with you.
In-Game Tech Support
If you have a technical question, spot a bug, or something doesn't work, our technical experts can help. In order to contact one, type: "help I need a Bugge Hunter" (without the quotation marks) in the Furcadia window, and someone will contact you in a private whisper shortly.
Help with user created content
Furcadia is all about being creative together. If you have questions about weaving your Dream, using our editors, or art matters, the Beekin Masons on the Dream Channel can assist you. To reach one of these skilled players, type: "help I need assistance with my dream/art/DragonSpeak" (without the quotation marks) in the Furcadia window, and someone will be with you as soon as they're available.
Conflict, harassment, and other trouble
The Beekin Guardians are our conflict specialists. Even in the most peaceful communities, sometimes there are disagreement that get out of hand. If you have trouble with another player, feel harassed, see something that is inappropriate, or need clarification on the rules, contact a Guardian. To reach one, type: "help I need a Guardian" (without the quotation marks) in the Furcadia window. Using the "guardian" keyword patches you right through.
If you cannot find help in the game directly, or need additional assistance, you can contact our customer support at http://support.furcadia.com by submitting a support ticket. Additionally, we have a community forum at http://forums.furcadia.com. The forum is read-only, but contains a vast amount of archived knowledge you can search for.
