We have TWO different contests for you to partake in this month, and you are welcome to do one or both!
- Deck the Homes - Participation contest: show us how you decorated your IRL home!
- Holiday Cards - Art contest: artists, make a decorated holiday card!
Deck the Homes Participation Contest
Twinkling Christmas lights, a glowing Menorah, a finely woven mkeka, or even a shiny aluminum pole (what?) -- No matter in what way you celebrate the season, it's time to show off your labors of love!

Everyone who participates will score some super awesome wrapping paper to use in-game. Don't know much about wrapping paper? You're missing out! Read the Wrapping Paper FAQ!
Ready to win some wrapping paper? Get your cameras primed and snap some photos of your fantabulous decorating skills!

Contest Rules
How to Enter:
- Snap one or more pictures of your seasonal home decorations (inside or out!)
- Upload your picture(s) to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Tumblr and tag Furcadia
- Email the link to your entry to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please remember to include your Furcadian name so we can credit properly!
Deadline: Sunday, December 24th - 11:59pm FST
Prizes:
- All Valid entries will receive a sheet of wrapping paper to use in Furcadia!
- Valid entries will be entered in a draw for a super rare Icewing FOR LIFE!
Note:
- Any entries not meeting the requirements will be disqualified and none are guaranteed a prize.
- You may only enter this contest once!
- Upon submission, you grant Dragon’s Eye Productions (DEP) permission to post your work and share it with the community. DEP may post, edit, and distribute creative contributions made through contests freely to players and for promotion of Furcadia.
- All entries must conform to Furcadia’s T+ standard or lower.
Holiday Cards Art Contest
One of the best parts of the holiday's is giving and receiving beautiful, heartfelt, and often-times humorous cards!
Using digital or traditional media, design a card for whichever holiday you celebrate this season, including a related image and message. Email your entry to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with your Furcadia name.

Contest Rules
Format:
- Digital OR traditional
- All cards must be 700(width) x 600(height)
- Acceptable image formats are .gif (for animated only) and .jpg / .png (non-animated).
- Artists are allowed and encouraged to sign their work
