In celebration of this most festive season, we have TWO super fun contests for you to take part in!
Holiday Greetings Video Participation Contest
The holiday season is all about spreading cheer and good wishes! We're asking you to put a brief video together sending a holiday or winter greetings message out to friends and/or family (RL or Furcadian)!
Contest Rules
How to Enter:
- Make a brief video sending out holiday greetings to friends/family
- Videos must be no more than 2 minutes long
- Upload your video to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Tumblr and tag Furcadia
- Email the link to your entry to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please remember to include your Furcadian name so we can credit properly!
Deadline: Sunday, December 23rd - 11:59pm FST
Prizes:
- All Valid entries will receive a sheet of wrapping paper to use in Furcadia!
- Valid entries will be entered in a draw for a super rare Korven FOR LIFE!

- Any entries not meeting the requirements will be disqualified and none are guaranteed a prize.
- You may only enter this contest once!
- Upon submission, you grant Dragon’s Eye Productions (DEP) permission to post your work and share it with the community. DEP may post, edit, and distribute creative contributions made through contests freely to players and for promotion of Furcadia.
- All entries must conform to Furcadia’s T+ standard or lower.
Fantastical Magical Patch Pieces
The Art Category this time is Patch Design! The only requirement is that these items must exhibit some sort of magical effect. Maybe a glimmering orb, a wand that shoots lightning, or a flickering lantern! The new tools, along with lighting, ambience, particle effects, and 32-bit colors means there is SO much possibility.
Contest Rules
Format:
- Maximum of 3 patch items. May have multiple frames.
- All pieces must have some sort of magical effect.
- Submit a screenshot of the items with your entry for use on webpage.
- Accepted formats are: .fox (for the patch); .gif, .png, .jpg (for the display graphic) — Please include both in a .zip file for submission.
- Please specify whether you are a Master or Regular entry.
