The year is now 2025, and once again the islands are flourishing; from fire, comes life. The local flora and fauna lushly green, the terrain of the islands themselves have been altered, new mountains have been born from the volcanic and tectonic activity, and the city has been rebuilt. The land has changed, therefore, so has the city - like a great phoenix rising from the ashes, it seemed only fitting to rename her. "Attica City" The Government swept in and "assisted" in the rebuilding of the city. The monsters that once fought to walk free have receded back into the darkness; hiding themselves from the mortals flocking to the city. But the scientific labs and experiments were no more - all had been destroyed. These are the fields where the reddest red blood flows; mundane, supernatural and whatever else gravitates towards the numb heat of movement on concrete. City means talking men with big ideas. City means starving kids. Cities means too many predators in a cage, all turning tail, all invested in hunting each other, and never were there truer words than in describing the monsters that walk among men in the city of San Angeles.

Cyberspace. A consensual hallucination experienced daily by billions of legitimate operators, in every nation, by children being taught mathematical concepts... A graphic representation of data abstracted from the banks of every computer in the human system. Unthinkable complexity. Lines of light ranged in the nonspace of the mind, clusters and constellations of data. Like city lights, receding.

Cosmic Greetings! The Raccoon Rangers is a group for raccoons. You don't have to be a raccoon to join, don't worry, but you should at least have appreciation for their awesomeness (and I have a machine in our dream to help with the not-raccoon part). I, Leo Wyld, am not a talented roleplayer myself but I appreciate those who are, so roleplay is optional, do or don't, whichever you prefer.
