Maegliin Seregon is one joint kingdom comprised of five separate sets of lands. Each land has it's own system of rule and regulation, but all kingdoms meet in the middle and unite under one overruling crown. This system has been recognized amongst all for about half of the lands existence. http://naikioscommissions.wix.com/maegliinseregon
